Shehanne Moore is a writer, broadcaster and academic who has been travelling the world since her early teens. She was a presenter on BBC Radio 4's PM programme for ten years, and has been a regular columnist in the Daily Telegraph and The Times. She was a judge for the British Book Awards in 2010 and 2015. She is a visiting professor in journalism at UCD and an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
